Our pricing rule: after a free 30-minute call you get an exact fixed quote — and the price we agree is the price you pay. Most corporate projects land between $2,500 and $3,000.

What drives the price

Seven levers move almost every quote. Understand them and you can steer cost without hurting quality.

  1. Crew size. A solo shooter vs. a 4-person crew is the single biggest swing. More cameras mean more angles — and more payroll.
  2. Shoot days. Every additional day multiplies crew, gear, and editing. Tight shot lists beat extra days.
  3. Locations. Each new location adds setup, travel, and permits. One well-dressed location often outperforms three rushed ones.
  4. Talent. Real customers and your own team cost nothing; hired actors, voiceover artists, and presenters don't.
  5. Animation & motion graphics. Titles and lower-thirds are cheap; full 2D/3D sequences are a separate production inside your production.
  6. Revisions & turnaround. Two revision rounds is standard (it's what we include). Rush delivery — days instead of weeks — commands a premium.
  7. Licensing. Licensed music, stock footage, and broadcast rights. We use licensed music on every project so your video never gets flagged.

How to compare quotes

Never compare totals — compare line items. Any serious quote should spell out:

If a quote is missing half of these, it's not cheaper — it's unfinished.

FAQ

How much does a corporate video cost in South Florida?

Most corporate projects land between $2,500 and $3,000. A single shoot day with crew and gear runs about $1,500. Larger brand films with multiple locations typically range $3,500–$8,000.

What drives video production cost up or down?

The biggest drivers are crew size, number of shoot days, locations, on-camera talent, animation or motion graphics, music licensing, revision rounds, and turnaround speed. Cutting shoot days and locking the script early are the two fastest ways to control cost.

Should I choose the cheapest quote?

Compare line items, not just totals. The cheapest quote often excludes revisions, licensing, or a backup plan — which surface later as change orders. A fixed quote with revision terms in writing is worth more than a low estimate.

How much does wedding videography cost in South Florida?

Our wedding packages run $2,495 (Essential, 8 hours, 1 cinematographer), $3,995 (Signature, 8 hours, 2 cinematographers), and $5,995 (Luxury, 10–12 hours, 2 cinematographers). Drone coverage is a $1,000 add-on.

Do video studios charge for travel in South Florida?

We include travel across Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties in every quote. Travel beyond that is quoted per project.
